Penn a 10 year vet he probably don't want to be in camp for another week or two any way. I get it, he's 34, you can't pay the rest of the unit out the *** and expect an OG not to feel some type of way. Compensate that man for the discount he played on in 2016 and be done with it. I wouldn't be mad at all if they tacked on an extra M or two onto his base for this season and/or added a year onto his deal.
