Glad you had a good time :smokin

Was a really cold day for the area. October in the Coliseum feels great. I can't wait for our first playoff game there [emoji]128526[/emoji]

Carr was going to be a Raider. Mckenzie was considering drafting Carr in the 1st. When Mack dropped to us it was a no brainier.

I was sitting on the visitors side right outside the lower suites so it was fairly warm most of the game. 10-2 tho what a time to be alive :smokin

I also read that we considered Mike Evens with the 1st and Carr in the 2nd if available. This was before Mack dropping.

Gotta thank Texans Bills and Browns for passing on Mack and Carr.

And the Jaguars for drafting Bortles.

I loved drafting behind the Jaguars in '14 and '15. I'm really going to miss them lol.

Good games by Carrie and Crowser for stepping up for injured players. And the unsung hero of our defense Perry Riely Jr. Since his arrival he's solved our communication problems and our defense has played better.

I still need to see that Crab grab that setup his touchdown, didn't think he caught it cause no one really cheered and they didn't show a replay.

Im still worried about this defense in a playoff game. Sometimes it's just flat out awful.

The thing to worry about is a team that can actually consistently take advantage of the defense. In the AFC who really can outside of the Patriots? And even then they lost their best receiving threat.

We'll see how this defense performs after Aldon and Rio come back. I'd imagine it gives enough of a boost to make that side of the ball decent enough to do work.

If Edwards and Aldon comeback we should be fine. But if they don't, teams are going run the ball up the middle on us all day.

It's crazy how good they can look and how terrible in the span of one game.

Mack was getting held all day

Chiefs and Steelers are who you should worry about. They have backs who can shred without much trouble.

The chances of Aldon coming back look slim, perhaps we see something leading into the playoffs.

Steelers, yes that's true they are with the Patriots in that respect.

The Chiefs... harder to say, given that you'd expect to match up better with their more run-dependent offense. Obviously they make their mark defensively, but our offense is elite. We will find ways to score. I think Thursday will show what kind of game we should have against them when the conditions aren't muddy.

And yes, I acknowledge we struggle at times with the run. I feel this changes with Mario back.
