Steelers, yes that's true they are with the Patriots in that respect.

The Chiefs... harder to say, given that you'd expect to match up better with their more run-dependent offense. Obviously they make their mark defensively, but our offense is elite. We will find ways to score. I think Thursday will show what kind of game we should have against them when the conditions aren't muddy.

And yes, I acknowledge we struggle at times with the run. I feel this changes with Mario back.
The Raiders abandoned the no-huddle offense that was working for them against the Chiefs. Ken Norton and the defense had few answers against the bootlegs.

All the Chiefs did was slash and gash and punch with authority.

Was at the game, man that stadium was rocking the second half. Those MVP chants for Carr were amazing, we have our savior y'all!! I don't know if u guys could hear it watching but it reminded me of the Kobe days!! Haha!!

I still see Antonio Brown runnin from last seasons game :x

If I can miss the steelers, I'd be okay with that

We're better equipped to handle the Steelers this time around. Again, presuming Rio comes back and is without injury we're going to be hell to run on inside. Sean and David can handle their own on the corners more often than not. Just get to Ben and make him feel our presence. He'll get his throws in but the idea is to at least disturb the passes.

Silver & Black Mamba :hat

Im still worried about this defense in a playoff game. Sometimes it's just flat out awful.
That's the same thing I came in here to say
When the offense is rolling, their weak defense gets overlooked cuz they're winning and putting up points.

But what happens if/when that offense isn't rolling? You get down to a team 24-3 and it's not gonna be easy to come back on them. Injuries happen to every team, so we can't use that as an excuse.

Hopefully there's good news about aldon this week, if not, the NFL is trollin the raiders and he's not gonna come back

Also hope Carr's hand isn't an issue going forward. Throwing from the shotgun 100% of the time is gonna hurt them vs a good team

To my Cali natives I'm in SD for the week. Any spots that you suggest? I'm talkin clubs, breweries, sites, etc. I'm open to any suggestions.

Man I'm nervous for TNF :lol

Alex Smith plays well against us. Maclin back. Tyreek Hill fast as hell. Kelce been killin for like a month now.

They got one of the top defenses in the league.

For the life of me, I better not see Sean Smith covering Tyreek Hill :lol

And I better not see another Derek Carr designed run.

Winner takes the division, no doubt.

It's fate

In his past 7 games, Khalil Mack has 9 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, an interception and a touchdown.

But he's overrated (*sarcasm to all of the new-comers to the board)

Thats it. See y'all at the Super Bowl.

Karl Joseph in a boot today. Has a shot to play Thursday, according to JDR. Nate Allen will likely be covering Kelce

Mario coming back is amazing news.

Joseph was walking around in a walking boot today. JDR said there's a shot he can play on Thursday but I'm pretty sure he's bluffing. Looking like a lot of Nate Allen on Thursday.

Haven't watched the tv recording of the game (boutta do that tonight) but here's some quick thoughts on the game yesterday:

- I know Watkins was hurt & Buffalo can't really pass, but I was really impressed with Carrie. He played well as did the whole secondary really.
- I like Cowser as a 3rd/4th pass rusher more than Calhoun
- Mack got held literally alll game
- Perry Riley is so much better than James/Heeney were.
- I wish Derek would force feed Amari more. Everytime there isn't safety help over the top and he's 1 v 1, you gotta pass it to him.
- Crabtree gotta chill with the drops. Altho he did come up clutch so I give him props :lol
- Bruce has been BALLING. 51 is athletic as **** and he's having an impact pass rushing wise in addition to setting the edge in the run. Can't wait to see what happens when the DL help arrives 8o )
- Latavius ran hard yesterday. He didn't play vs KC earlier this year so I hope he has a huge impact this Thursday.
- Musgrave was a great OC coach. Kinda wish JDR could've convinced Mike Smith to be the DC.
- no under center plays is a problem but I love that it makes it easier for the Raiders to go no huddle.

Random:
- congrats to Marcel Reece for signing with Seattle.
- Chiefs pull another W out of their ***. We're 2 converted extra points away from being 2 & 3 games ahead in the division :lol
- Eric Berry is so ******* good. He's a free agent this year and I wish we would sign him so ******* bad. Not gunna happen but a Berry/Joseph safety combo would've been >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
- Den @ Ten this weekend, I think TEN could steal that. They should be able to run it on them like we did.
- Bal @ NE next Monday will be very interesting.
