[IMG] Cmon son....your money can buy you a lil better than that Tiger. Every one of them looks like they just hopped outta rehab.

Tiger in his Sunday red is a sight all golf fans have sorely missed in the past 30 months. The determination in his eyes was evident from the first hole tee-off. Woods was focused and would not let McDowell steal the victory/spotlight even after two ridiculously long putts (45 and 51 yards out).
I've said it since Chevron, Tiger will emphatically win the Master's at Augusta in a few weeks. McIlroy and Donald are stiff competition but I see Woods inching closer to Nicklaus' Majors record. #15 to the trophy collection. Young guns to watch in the 2012 Majors season: Jason Day and Webb Simpson.

he'll be in contention ... i don't know if he'll win ... winning majors is so difficult ... his shaping of shots is improving ... but at the end of the day he needs to put well ...

    2 weeks will tell

Tiger is good for golf. Ratings are up when he is in contention. Hope he wins in Augusta but it'll be difficult.

Would you rather just be ignorant to the personal lives of athletes you follow?

I'd be willing to bet more than one of your other favorite athletes or sports teams stars aren't model citizens and/or have fidelity issues...

I don't care about his marriage issues; I am talking about the arrogance in interviews now, etc
I could careless if he cheated on his wife; not my mom or dad

But his performance on the golf course has nothing to do with his perceived "arrogance" in interviews. Another example, is LeBron supposed to be disliked purely because of his perceived "arrogance" much of last year? I don't think that's fair. You can dislike someone as a person but still appreciate them as an athlete. Two separate entities.
Let me clarify about the Masters, although I've believed firmly that Tiger will win the first major of the season since Chevron, McIlroy and Donald should still be the odds-on favorites.

I got mad respect for him on the golf course; he is possibly the GOAT of all time it doesn't mean I have to root for him to win which I once did regularly

but people are right he is good for golf and just him winning this week will make Masters ratings soar

Flop out of that thick lie was pretty awesome to watch. When he hit it I knew it would be close, then it dropped. Rory and Levin fell apart and Fowler must have been feeling the pressure shooting a 10 over.
