She's merely a surrogate--meaning she's only providing a womb (a biological place of residence) for her brotherand sister-in-law's developing child.

The baby is NOT the product of her (Tila T's.) egg and her brother's sperm. Rather, the baby is the product of her brother's sperm, and hersister-in-law's (brothers wife) egg. She's just allowing for the baby to develop in her. Almost as if she is renting her womb out to the developingkid. As to why this is the arrangement, I don't know--but this procedure is far from being "strange" and/or "weird". It happens all thetime.
