timberwolve or celtic?

Both.
He was a beast with the wolves at every position but on the crltics he accepted and thrived at his role

Celtics. Minnesota feels like a really distant memory these days.

It's not a copout answer, but both. It's impossible not to remember him during his prime and MVP season because his numbers were disgusting.

And then I'll remember him finally winning it in Boston.

Definitely Timberwolves

Born in Boston, then moved to Minnesota for a couple years before coming to the Bay Area. Garnett was drafted when I lived in Minnesota and I remember watching his game develop from a teenager into his prime. Guy ALWAYS brings it on both ends of the floor and is one of the most passionate, loyal, and unselfish players I've ever had the pleasure of watching.

A couple stories some people may have forgotten about KG; During his MVP season in MN, SI asked him to be on the cover of their magazine and he refused unless Sprewell and Cassell could be on the cover with him. Then, during his first season with Boston, he was asked again to be on the cover. Again, he refused unless Ray and Paul could be on the cover with him.

Theres absolutely no doubt in my mind had KG not injured his knee in 2009, he would have atleast 2 more rings in his collection. And had he been traded out of MN earlier, then anything could've been possible. Many, including myself regard Tim Duncan as the greatest power foward to ever play this game. But IMO, KG is right up there with him.

Yep, it's both. He took a nothing franchise to the conference finals, and was league MVP. He won a title in Boston, along with DPOY. That all happened in a four-year span, with time split between two teams. You really can't distinguish between the two, even if you try and say it's because he made the T-Wolves relevant, because he's the reason the Celtics became relevant again. Not Ray Allen, not Paul Pierce on his own, but Garnett.

Celtics for me obviously  I know a lot of people would say both though.

Yep. A shame what happened in '09.

I'm biased but the division titles, the defensive player of the year, the ANYTHINGGGG IS POSSIIIBLLEEEEEEEE, it's gotta be Boston. But his days in Minny were ridiculous too.

:pimp: KG, will be up in the rafters at the Garden someday

Wolves for now but he's still got a couple years left in Boston most likely.

Boston has been short but he's already played in 78 playoff games and counting for them. In Minnesota he played in 47 playoff games in 12 years. :smh:

Years from now I'll probably always think of him in a Wolves uni, and I will always remember the way he worked the system to his financial advantage which is still astounding to look at.

I don't know why but I lean toward the Celtics...I guess I just started to hate him so much when he got to Boston and his over-the-top antics that its what pops into my head when I think of him.

Obviously, he was a transcendent player on the T'Wolves but his Boston character is much more visceral in my opinion.

On another note, he became the first player in NBA History last night with 25k points, 10k boards, 5k assists, 1,500 blocks + steals. Pretty damn impressive.

first thing that comes to mind is Wolves. that black wolves jersey, 21, MVP, etc, etc.

That's ridiculous to see broken down like that 327 million dollars smh

T'Wolves, no doubt. This guy is my favorite player of all-time and played on my favorite team. It's a no-brainer for me.

This.

Damn I wish KG/Ray/Pierce won it the year after too :smh:. That slum *** Lakers team that year didn't deserve that title.
