Yea man, I know that shake is good. Seriously man, it is GOOD. Sorry for keep saying that but it is good. If I hadn't already had a PotBelly's Sugar Cookie earlier today I would have made that shake. I might drink one in the AM.

Cut up ripe bananas and freeze them. I usually buy like 15 bananas at a time, let them ripe (throw in a brown paper bag to accelerate the process) and then cut them into 3 pieces. Freeze.

The Nutmeg is a new thing I added as of late.

ive always pronounced it ree-ses

It is just oatmeal. Plain quick oats. I would rather use steel cut but I use whatever I have. Non-flavored oats. Buy the big canister from "Wal-Marks."

And it is Ree-siz.
