at least with a college degree it allows you to make a change in your career if you wish to do so

3 years down the line he can open up his own business from the money he made off of his trade and not have to lift a finger.

read about some trade school reviews down here in the maryland area, wasnt good reviews......

try to go to your nearest one and ask some ppl that attend.

with what business know how?

I met with a representative from North American Trade Schools in Baltimore. Visited and campus and everything.
13k for a welding cert. wasn't appealing tho.

I'll be attending trade school in the Fall. Going to become a CNC Machinist. At my job, that's the first step to becoming an engineer. But aside from that, I enjoying machining. Been doing it for about 5 years now. My co-worker just finished up and it only took him 9 months. My job is paying for it with tuition reimbursement so it's whatever...

Been doing it for about 5 years now. My co-worker just finished up and it only took him 9 months. My job is paying for it with tuition reimbursement so it's whatever...

That's kool man, I'm actually just about done with mine. I'm going to be a full certified machinist after this semester. I'm thinking about getting my engineering degree but there's too many useless classes to take.

trade school is just a start. Get enough experience in the working field, and then go get a degree.
