Trading a game back to GameStop: Cash or Store-Credit only?

i use best buy now but in the past trading games to GS never really bothered me
if i decide to trade in a game its cause i dont play it and theres a game i want
so anything off the game i want is a + to me is the way i look at it

Agreed. Either way your getting what you want for cheaper.

don't trade in there go to best buy even though they can take forever just to give you your credit

most stores have their own gaming department now where you can trade it in right there
no need to go to customer service anymore

If I have a game within 3 games of when it came out I sell it on craigslist, after that depending on how much credit amazon offers me i might throw it on there or sell it on half.com

Basically you get a little change for the trade in, but that's how it works.

Welcome to capitalism, it's the american way

I don't know if things have changed but toys r us exchange pricing was fair when I used it.

Has anyone traded in LA Noire or Mortal Kombat?
Trying to see what the usual credits are for those two.

If you live in NYC I'd suggest hitting up CEX Exchange. They usually give more than gamestop and have a few locations scattered around manhattan. From the website you an see more or less how much the value is www.webuy.com

Thanks y'all. Think I'm going to go with Amazon. Only have to pay 5 bucks for NCAA 12.
