This is wild. When I got it to load, it had boxes for each item (shoes and clothes) and you checked each box you wanted. Then you put clothes size and shoe size. Then email and address. Hit submit and got the screen above. Now when I go to it says send email. No clue if my entry earlier worked or not now.
