It doesnt sound really important, but on a larger scale of things, that is information that can be used to completely track your life down to every last detail. And what would that be used for? If you only knew... Look at the big picture...

but raelly now, it's not becaus e of a conspiracy theory. It's more about how Facebook wants/needs to make money. Their whole goal is tomonetize all this data and sell targeted ads that are extremely granular. Google's already been doing it and they don't need you to give you theinformation (..at least directly) for them to do it.

If someone knew every small detail about your life, how easy would it be to predict what you are going to do next, or even what you're thinking about when you see a certain image? I'm not going to go into small details, because I find that argueing stuff like this is often useless, but "do your own research and then form your own opinion about our government and society" is the best advice I can give you.
And you're right. "The more you know, the more you know that you dont know anything."

You mean...targeted advertisements? Honestly, ANYTHING you put on Facebook you did so willingly, for the most part(besides tagged pictures). You chose to put what music you like, movies, sports, etc. Other than targeted advertisements, you still haven't explained to me "this picture." What exactly is the man going to do with a video of me chugging a pitcher of beer? Enslave me?

You do that pretty well by yourself. I don't think he was trying to help at all.Originally Posted by ATLien Seeko

You're trying to make me "the crazy cult following weirdo with the tin foil on top of his head" when all I'm really doing is just trying to look out for people. Have you ever seen the Wire? Think abou that but on a much larger scale with a bigger purpose.
"Ok, so if there's this 'much bigger purpose' then what is it, since you KNOW IT ALL?!?!"![]()
I'm not claiming to know it all or even know exactly what the purpose is. All I'm doing is encouraging people to think beyond what is normal and look out for themselves.
