Trying to fix your sleep pattern unappreciation.

Man, I feel horrible. Went to sleep @ 6 AM and woke up @ 8 AM on my own will. For the past week I've been going to sleep @ 5 and wake up around 12 or 1.Now I feel sick and sleepy as a *#$%#%#*$#. Gotta do what you gotta do though

You're not alone. A lot of the time I'll go to sleep around 10 or 11 and wake up around 3, and that's basically when my day starts because Ican't go back to sleep. It just throws everything off.

Came from a vacation in the philippines and i use to sleep at 6am and wake up at 5pm
Now i go to sleep at 2am and wake up 11pm... And school is in a week smh
 
I've been sleeping great the last couple of years. If you are having trouble sleeping try working out. It helped me.
 
im with you man. i wake up at 7 or 8 no matter when i go to sleep
 
I would try not sleeping for a whole day, and then going to sleep the next day at the time that you want to start going to sleep. O dont know how affectivethat would be but its worth a shot I guess.
 
My sleeping pattern has been haywire for years. Probably since I was about 15 or 16. Hanging outside all night. Staying up for a whole day doesn't do thetrick either. I'm used to it by now though.
 
I remember i had to always adjust my sleep pattern for the transition from summer to school. Waking up at 12 everyday to 7 was a problem
 
I work three 12's a week so my body schedule is always f'd up

Fam.....what? You slept for 21 hours?! That's a mini coma or somethin'.
 
I woke up at 8:30 pm last night....been up ever since just praying for the clock to say 10 so I can finally sleep.

i was up a day and a half and it was startin to feel like i was walkin in a dream world i just couldnt sleep

when i finally did go to sleep it was in the middle of the damn day my sleep was #%!++% up for damn near a month cuz of that
 
it really bothers me having a messed up sleep schedule. the other night i just sat up in the dark in bed wondering to myself why i just couldnt fall asleep tosave my own life

Seriously, I have to do that when we go back to school nextmonth. Thank god its my last year
 
The summer to school transitions are a @@#!%, especially when you have early classes.

I just fixed mines. I'm a summer insomniac but things always straighten out before school starts.
 
You're not the only one. I've been sleeping at 5 or 6 in the morning and waking up at 1 or 2. When I try to sleep earlier, I either can't sleep atall or wake up in a few hours and can't go back to sleep. It doesn't help that I'm starting school soon either.
