Trying to fix your sleep pattern unappreciation.

I've been trying that but that is tough.
I dont even notice when I fall asleep
I just wake up mad at myself that I fell asleep
 
Going 4am-12pm daily for the summer here.

I never had that good of a sleeping pattern.....i either sleep all day, stay up all night, many naps....it just has too many factors.
 
i gave up on fixin my sleep schedule... i go to sleep at atleast 4 and wake up whenever i have to
 
I'm gonna invest in some sleeping pills soon because my dumb @@# chose a class at 9 am. That means i have to wake up at 7 am 3 days of the day...sometimesi go to sleep at 7 am

the trick is to set your alarm clock for when you want to wake up, it will be ROUGH at first, but do this a week or two before school starts every single dayand DON'T snooze/ go back to sleep. this way your mind will get disciplined and trained to sleep in the window you want it too.
