Do you (or the idiot that posted that) have any idea how many people died for not agreeing with Christianity? Judaism? Fear of their beliefs and practices are only rational if the fear is shared with Christianity and Judaism to say the least. Religious principles tend to mirror each other so if a group of people following a religion makes you afraid, I'm guessing one nation under God must terrify you, huh?

The charges got dropped and the school put the tail between their legs and were ready to "welcome" him back

I think the most important part is that lil man did get railroaded by the school and police.
 
Pretty interesting that people say the school overreacted by calling the police. From what I've read the kid didn't disclose what was inside the box to the teacher that ended up reporting it to the school's principal who in turn called the police. I think they handled it fine. Teachers can't take any chances with that type of thing, especially now a days with all the random shootings. It's 2015, we gotta stop acting like teachers don't have meetings about this type of thing all the time, with emphasis on shooter being in the campus. You can try to spin this as some sort racist or islamaphobic rant but I guarantee you if that was like the boston bombings, dudes would have been in here singing a different tune.
