I recently signed up for the Chase United MileagePlus Explorer card. It seems to be a pretty sweet card, except for the $95 annual fee (waived first year). Anyways, my question is should I...
Seoul to Tokyo:
Pay $243 for my flight through Air Asia ($486 for 2 tickets) and get 486 miles
or
Pay $350 ($700 for 2 tickets) for my flight and book through United using my credit card. If I do I get 2x miles, so it'd be 1400 miles. Is this worth the extra $102 bucks?
I plan to be flying a lot this year so trying to build up enough mileage for a free flight eventually.
