If you wanna get disturbed and surprised, yes. Felt sick after watching it, then again I saw it 8 years ago..Remake comes out later this year

basically it's making the person feel like he/she's drowning..it's a "coercive" method of torture, as in it doesn't leaveany permanent physical damage (or it isn't supposed to..)
