Has anyone installed cyanogenMod 7 onto their phone? I'm curious to know how it works? I have a HTC Hero and I'm thinking about rooting it and installing cyanogenMod but I'm afraid I'll encounter some problems.

I have Samsung Captivate S I would try to root it but I'd rather not risk bricking my phone

It's really not that hard to root phones...
