WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - SM: Brand New Day = July 31

Tatum's Gambit teaming up with Fox X-Men doesn't make sense but whatever
A lot of this multiverse stop has kinda lost the plot.

I hope Marvel's lesson from all of this is that they need to chill and flesh out the X Men universe.

For all we know, Gambit could have joined the team after the ending of Days of Future Past. That ending also saw Scott and Jean brought back after being killed off in X3. Fox-men had all kinds of issues.

The first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War debuted exactly 150 days (about five months) before the film's theatrical release. Marvel Studios released that initial teaser trailer on November 29, 2017, and the film hit United States theaters on April 27, 2018.

The first trailer for Avengers: Endgame came out 140 days (about 4 and a half months) before the film. Marvel Studios released it on December 7, 2018, and the movie came out in theaters on April 26, 2019.

Episode was ok. Lot of cameos though and Easter egg reference. No post credit scene either. 6/10 for me. Could've done better for Logan episode.
Agreed. Besides the nods to movies, the disc deck with the names…it was like a filler action episode. Hopefully we get the epic storytelling next week. Beau rubbing his hands and making OF content response videos.

Gambit being an Apocalypse horseman is literally from the comics.

Wolverine ain’t even lose his adamantium yet to become Death.
He did in the show….and he gets it back by becoming Death in the comics. They chose this hokey Alien rip off storyline for him to get it back episodes later. It would’ve been perfect to tie into Apocalypse but they also did the Gambit death storyline last season.

I’ll give the series credit. They’re definitely shoving a lot of fan service, storylines into the seasons. This is easily the best MCU since End Game.

Yup

They could've made Wolvierine War to get his adamantiun back. Having a War and Death (Remy and Logan) would've been epic.

Yea assumed both would be tied to apocalypse with how the stories were lining up.. both were death in the comics.. but could have done it like you said since stuff is being sprinkled into the show anyways

Mid filler episode. I liked the cameos and of course resellers jumped on Uncanny X-men 234 and the price doubled since earlier in the week

My biggest gripe was making Wolverine shallow and insecure. I wanna say when Magneto pulled the adamantium out, i was already not collecting heavy. I kept an eye out for when Logan got the adamantium back so I don't know how that journey was. Making him desperate in a sense, to the point he's putting a team together just so he can get his adamantium back, was a far cry from how I remember Logan. don't ever think he's been self indulgent as he was in the episode.

in any case 6/10 for sure.

Kylo Ren and Rock as Sinister and Lypse is cool but that Cyclops gotta be a troll job or Fiege trying to top the Evans/Pratt initial casting spectacle:lol
