That was all the same time. He went to NY with Loki looking for Odin, Strange abducted them, and then sent them to where Odin was.

I rewatched EG the other day and went down the time travel rabbit hole again lol but given everything the movie says and the explanations the directors gave afterwards, yes.

People think he's could be Mephisto or maybe even Quicksilver.
