I think I have it figured out.
Someone did a Google search for me when it comes to polldaddy.com and tried to understand how it operates.
For one, I don't think it helps when people be like..."I just voted 80 times for you and your $+$* didn't move." The system is going to either not count those votes or delete ones that I already had. It's like...a mechanism against cheating.
So...unless you're deleting cookies or waiting 6 seconds between each vote or EXPERIMENT...and go nuts on the lowest person and see if their % goes up or down...that's all that can be done.
It seems like the more I get people to vote, the more my % drops.
