Go with your opinion its da best one. He already made a mistake, so make him wait. But then again he won't let that happen, he's obviously not that dumb. He might think your gonna stay with 'em.

I understand the seller's viewpoint though. He probably doesn't want you to be wearing them around and then ship them back to him. If you're an honest dude, you will either:
Keep the shoes and protect/not wear them
Wait for your shoes/refund
Ship the shoes back
or
Ship the shoes back
Wait for XIIs/refund
