3 days..2 weekends ago... Went on a drinking binge and then did a day of extacy... I lost 10 pounds that weekend and i still havent got it back

Eating and drinking nothing(would swish water around in my mouth to keep it moist)-a little over 2 days
Eating nothing but drinking water-about 4 or 5 days

All for high school and college wrestling
