When sending a paper to Proffesor

If you insert your text into an email, the format you used while composing it will likely be lost. Many professors will not accept copy/pasted papers.

Attach as a .doc file and a .zip file with the file in it, just in case of file corruption.

Everytime I email my professors papers, they completely ignore them. You should put it in his mailbox.

If they asked me to email it then I send it as an attachment and have never had any problem or complaint. If you have any questions you should ask what theyprefer.

I always do both but make sure I attach a .doc file, never anything else. It's rare I send something directly to a prof/TA though and don't useturnitin or another site.
