Duncan.. Crazy how he can be that dominant without being crazy athletic.. ex..(Stoudamire, Garnett) That tells you alot about his fundamentals and skill..

How can you hate Duncan, dude is the definition of a class act. And how can you say Malone???? the dude was even cornier, thought he was a southern white dudedriving 18 wheel trucks, lives in Alaska and is an ardent Republican.

And Malone was the definition of unclutch. Dude wilted in pressure situations and was generally just a !%!$%. Not a defense presence like Duncan was either.

#1 is hard to argue.

its 2 - 4 where it gets tricky.

for me 2 or 3 has gotta be kg or malone.

im giving kg the edge over barkley , he can just do too many things on the court.

Tim Duncan. I'm a huge Malone fan, but Duncan is better defensively then Karl was. Rings and MVP's don't hurt.

Duncan is the biggest crybaby and referee abuser in the league...but no one ever says anything about it.

At least Sheed has relationships with the refs and systematically flips out...this dude gets in the refs faces screaming and pleading every time he doesn'tscore.

Hes a prick in interviews...

Not to mention that he's Ambien in basketball form. Most boring superstar in NBA history.

Can't stand his presence, on or off the court.

You my friend, know what you're talking about.

Not just the teams they led but who they had to face. Seriously, the only props I give Timmy for, was when they clinched the ship in '05 against the Piston in seven games, by far the toughest team the Spurs challenged, out of those three finals run.

*I'm not counting the half season either [+]

your claims random and baseless.

ive never seen him be a prick in interviews.

he's one of the biggest philanthropists in sports.

and boring? are you kidding? you must be.

a legit 7 footer who is very athletic yet immensely skilled. a ridiculously clean post and face up game, great touch, handle, and the very definition ofdefensive anchor. outstanding basketball IQ, leadership, and a flat out winner.

anyone who doesnt enjoy watching dude kiss yet another one off the glass or his game overall doesnt truly enjoy basketball.

and no that's not just an opinion.

seems to get along with ref's too.

.

you need Timmy to give you a hug?

Tim Duncan is number one, no doubt, but two/three is Malone/Charles, NO DOUBT. Garnett never got above about 23 for his PPG, Charles over his CAREER averagedover 22, and in his prime was in the 25-28 range. Don't even mention about a career 12 RPG player.. KG's defense is insane, but he wasn't a winneruntil he went to the C's.

Mailman I don't think I really need to argue, but if I do... Unstoppable on the offensive end, a great rebounder, a tough dude, KG wishes he could havescored as much as the Mailman did, if it weren't for MJ, Karl would have racked up a few more MVPs, and if it weren't for Hakeem, maybe a couple ringsto boot.

When it's all said and done, KG settles somewhere 4-6 for me.

Too me, Malone was the hardest worker but was the least talented out of him Garnett and Barkley. A lot of you guys def. didn't watch Barkley play becausethere wasn't a single thing dude couldn't do offensively. The thing is was lazy and didn't have the longevity he could have. Plus while he was adecent shooter, he fell in love with the three ball too much. But when he was at his best, I would say he was the best of the bunch. Garnett was the bestdefensively of the 4. Malone and Garnett are similar too me because they both are questionable big-game performers. It is tough there is not really a rightanswer but if I was too personally rank them,

1. Duncan (goes without saying)

2. Barkley

3. Malone

4. Garnett

Wait, he wasn't a winner until he went to the C's... Does that mean Barkley and Malone were never winners? Haha.

Hey at least they went to the Finals without having someone else be the big piece to the championship.

Pierce lead them to the chip, not KG.

^ say whaaaaaaaat? KG's whole body language and enthusiam is WHY they had the confidence to succeed in the playoffs.

the C's had the biggest season turn-around in NBA history. All because of KG my man. Pierce was not doing that the year before KG & Jesus came.

not yet. Offensively, pau is one of the best in the league today. Dude has every move and counter in the book. But his defense is not as great as TD or KG.Also Pau is a sidekick unlike a TD, KG, Karl Malone who was more the #1 guy on the team.

But add 2 more championships under pau's belt and you can mention him top 10 ever.

BUT combine ALL of Pau accomplishments with International medals, MVP and NBA accolades and he might be top 3 right now.
