Public school system

Weird weather at times

Whats going on in lower income areas

Uptown is where all the fools from the burbs go to live to feel important so I get why it's so inflated. Like do you really need a hot tub overhanging the sidewalk?

My **** is like 1700 still though in sw mpls damn near to Richfield.

Yeah the girls are cool, I guess. I actually never messed with any from mn for a long time because I hate that passive aggressive stuff. New Jersey, California and fl. Now my girl is from mn but she doesn't act like it.

Affordable homes
NO state tax
Open carry state -guns-
Suburban living, with all the amenities of a big city
Weekly revolving door of fresh meat -for you single guys-
24 hour liquor
Awesome dining options
Great basketball city
A lot of sneaker options, store wise...great niketown, UNDFTD etc.

PROS
-Las Vegas
-Reno area
-Almost zero alcohol laws
-No state taxes
-the weather
-Hottest women on the planet visit on the weekends here
-Proximity to great cities
-Job market (can be great depending on what industry)
-Cost of living
-Lack of non-mainstream culture
-In the Vegas area, its a big city when you want it to be. travel 10 mins its a small suburban city
-Sports betting
-Great sports fans despite not having pro teams


CONS
-Most of the state is owned by the fed gov't
-Most of the state is rural w/ nothing in it
-No water
-Transient
-Substance abuse issues
-Tourist come here with the sole intention to trashing themselves and the city/state
-Corruption by the gov't that isn't even hidden
-Awful schools
-lowest education rate in the US
-Despite Reno and Vegas, it is a very conservative state
-Weed laws
-No professional sports

As far as the roads go, I'm from PA originally so I guess it's all relative.

Cons

Women thinking they're bigger then what they appear(Self entitled BS)
Cost of living
Metro
People living in $500k houses in Largo, MD, but act like they grew up in the hood with no pot to urine in...smh
