I work in HR so Workplace drama is all I know. Im always putting out fires and mending two opposing sides.....for grown *** people lmao

It seriously baffles me the amount of BS that gets brought to me. You would think adults would know how to conduct themselves maturely and professionally, but people who are even older than me can get to acting like middle school kids.

It's sad because some employees need it. They lack interaction and attention outside of work, and their only social circle is at the gig so they create problems at work. I feel like more of a psychiatrist/baby sitter at times than a HR Professional..

Yeah there are people who’s lives are so dull and boring all they do is come to work to gossip and start drama

It’s also crazy to me to see so many people who lack actual friends

The one I smashed at work was the opposite...Shorty always played it cool in the office but thought she was being low key trying to flirt thru emails and the work phone texts...Was funny cuz they can monitor all that **** anyway so it kinda wasn't no point the way she carried it, but def appreciated the halfway discretion tho

That's kinda my problem with hr departments in general. The weak employees use it as a crutch and it just brings down the overall quality atmosphere of the workplace. The one company I worked at that had one it was constant childish nonsense. The others that didnt have one folks either sank or swam less bs.
