Wrinkles in Space Jam 5s (water damage?)

Ok so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. I just bought some space jam 5s off of someone on eBay and they were DS. Everything checked out fine except when it came to the right shoe. There are wrinkles on the back of the shoe as if it were creases but it's not creases because the shoe is brand new. Not water damage, that tends to happens to shoes. Imperfections in the leather or they way they are made. Def not the first time I've seen that on a Jordan shoe

I wouldn't atress if you're wearing them

Not sure but isn't the "air Jordan" tag behind the tongue suppose to be place higher?
