There was evidence adduced at trial that the 16-year-old defendant(girl in the photo) and a co-defendant went to the home of the 71-year-old victim with the specific intent to rob him, then choked and suffocated him to death and stole his automobile. Defendant sought to establish that she was under an extreme emotional disturbance because of her sexual relationship with the deceased over a period of months and his sexual advances on the night of the killing. She argued that her own testimony and that of other lay persons, but no expert psychiatric evidence, was sufficient to establish her extreme emotional disturbance. The trial court sustained the People's objection to such testimony because of defendant's failure to provide pretrial notice pursuant to CPL 250.10(2). The Appellate Division affirmed without deciding whether notice should have been required, concluding that defendant would not have been entitled to a charge on extreme emotional disturbance in any event.

The husband Mr:lemon use to sexualy abuse his youngest daughter b4 the marriage.
He abused Mrs lemon after they got together and got her to perform oral on her son and for him to give both of them oral
Mrs lemon abused son when she was by herself also. And the family would do group sex.
The oldest daughter  got away at 16 called child services for them to get arrested.
The wife only got life since they're not sure why she started to do stuff with her son.
They got charged with a lot of cunnilingus charges and incest and under age of 13 stuff.
The mom had the nerve to say she never did anything....... the husband has like 3 counts of life....

Ms. Lemons' son, who was thirteen at the time of trial,testified that when he was five and thereafter, Mr. Lemonsforced him to "suck his penis" more than once while Ms. Lemonswas in the room and did not protest.  Mr. Lemons also orderedhim to "lick [his] mother's vagina."  Ms. Lemons' son alsotestified that his mother forced him to perform this act oncewhen Mr. Lemons was not present.  Ms. Lemons' son alsoperformed oral sex on Mr. Lemons' younger daughter.      Both children were sometimes involved with sex with theparents at the same time in the living room, which was used asthe parents' bedroom.  Both children observed the otherperforming sexual acts on their parents.
