Dude got sentenced when I was like in 8th grade... he can't possibly have anymore than 2 years left. And with parole, I would think he'd be outsometime this year or very early 2010.

He was sentenced to ten years in prison, a sentence that Shyne is still serving at Woodbourne Correctional Facility as of 2009[update]. Shyne is also eligible for parole in 2009.
