They are PEs, Joe Johnson wore the red ones on inauguration day and Bibby wore the blues.
Right above the toe box of each they have a logo for each of those players (didn't realize they had their own logos, but they do apparently) so they are asmuch PEs as any other HOH released PEs.
They are Obama since they were made for and played in on inauguration day with the date stitched on the tongue.
In other words, the post and title are completely accurate and maybe people shouldnt be so quick to try and criticize and be little mini mods declaring whatneeds to be locked and try actually knowing what they are talking about instead.
