I made a funny rap review series. First episode is a review of Macklemore's Ten Thousand Hours.

I think Macklemore and Kendrick are supposed to have a new collab coming out soon, so as most of the time, money + PR trumps real beef. 8

I like the mashup with the song.  Too bad it's only a matter of time til YouTube copyright censors spot it and take it down

I'd never heard of them or knew that Pharrell was in the group, or that The Neptuns came out of this until this thread, so I guess that makes them underrated to me. And I thought I knew things...

Listened to Divas at the Disco. Fun song. "gotta solve the puzzle, dont let them put on the muzzle" good line.

This guy give white rappers a bad name. And the video lighting makes it feel like a poorly produced soft core porno. #Fail all around.

Doing battle raps and freestyle contests can't help the lack of friendliness. If you're competitive, you wanna win. Especially when the other guy is talking smack about you in front of hundreds of people (even if it's only for entertainment purposes).

Listening to this gets me even more pumped up for The Lox's new album this year. Can't wait to blast it in my car while doing a hundred miles an hour, switching lanes like whoa!

The problem is that there's more music than ever being released now. So even if it's the same percentage that's good and bad as it was 30 years ago, there's gonna be more bad rap albums because there's more total releases. And if you listen to all rap records that come out and only the best...

You never hear successful rappers (or successful any profession) talking about the illuminati... Conspiracy theory or making excuses for failure?
