Long Read:
So I was at a party Saturday and I dropped my iPhone onto a tiled floor and the spot on the top where you put the SIM card popped up. SO I pushed it back downand it told me I needed to plug it into my iTunes. So the next day when I got home I plugged it into iTunes, and it told me it found an iPhone in need ofrestoring. So obviously I restored it. After restoring it, it told me to restore it again. So I did this about 5 times before deciding to go to the AppleStore. When I got there I was told to make an appointment to see an Apple Genius. Made one for tonight. I went in, the Apple Genius guy plugged my phone intohis Mac and rebooted it. The phone came back on but with all of my contacts, music, pictures, apps, etc. missing. He told me that when I got home I could justplug it in and since my iPhone was backed up on iTunes it would restore all of my stuff. I get home and plug it in. It tells me to restore it again.
I do it, but this time at the end it starts syncing all of my music, photos, apps, etc. So I'm good right? Hell to the no. Same thing happens, it asks me to restore it again. I call Apple Care, they tell me to go into the storeagain, and after threatening to cancel my iPhone service the lady on the phone says, "That's fine, you just have to go to an AT&T store to dothat."
No, "Please sir, if we can't fix your problemwe'll send you a new one free of charge." No, "Sir let us take care of this month's bill."
I'm going into the Apple Store tomorrow, if they can't fix it, I'mheading to the AT&T store and scooping up a BB Bold.
