i remember a pic of mj and bulls playing cards on a plane, and the plane was sick.
 
NFL teams don't do this, do they?
I thought that they just traveled on a charter plane from some airline.
ie the raiders use Hawaiian airlines to travel during the season.
 
Pretty sure the Lakers have their very own plane. I think it depends on the team honestly.

Northwest Airlines (now Delta) has the contract to operate the charter flights for the NBA teams.

They use specially configured Airbus 319s, with 54 first class seats.

I think the Mavericks still have their own 757...

NFL teams use regularly configured 757s or 767s, with several of the major airlines involved in the charter business.
