TEAM FITNESS OFFICIAL NUTRITION THREAD

Damn I've been trying to eat healthy but it ain't happening.
I tend to eat a lot.
I keep saying to myself I need to get in shape, but then again I'm not out of shape.
I believe I'm 175 or so but lanky

i had 2 donuts...im pretty mad at myself...but i had nothing here so i caved in...bout to go workout now tho

Since i have not used my whey protein in a while, i think i should start adding it in my oatmeal.

Postworkout meal:

Homemade chicken noodle soup

Universal Real Gains protein shake.

I'm trying to drop like 50 lbs. Anyone know what kind of menu I should be following? I mean, I'm kind of winging it as far as what i'm eating. Iusually Have:

Breakfast:
2-3 egg equivalents (egg beaters)
two slices of pepperidge farm very thin wheat toast
a glass of tea
a glass of skim milk

mid morning snack:
light yogurt or 2 clementines

lunch: chicken sandwich on pepperidge farm very thin wheat bread

mid-afternoon snack:
light yogurt or 2 clementines

dinner:
indian food

Dinner is my biggest meal so I try to compensate with the other meals. I think all in all im getting about 1400-1600 calories a day.

any Ideas how I could spruce this menu up? I'm not so interested in building muscle right now, I'm more worried about losing weight (I guess fat, to beexact). Any help would be appreciated.

Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios so far.

Btw for break fast I had 3 bowls of cereal, and then for lunch I went to McDonalds for a Nugget Value meal, a McDouble and a McChicken

Make breakfast your biggest meal, and make dinner your smallest meal. I go to town at break fast. I usually get about 500-600 calories for breakfast if I can.

word I'll try to do that. As far as What to eat though, any ideas how I can change the menu so it's more effective?
