News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

That trailer. That's not a trailer FROM the 90s. That's a trailer OF the 90s. It couldnt be any more comedically perfect if it tried!

What y'all know about Double Dragon?

I don't care what anyone says, the live action Street fighter movie is a cult classic. Raul Julia and the ending scene when everyone does there win poses alone make it so. (Sawada though  )

The funniest scenes in the Tom Jane punisher is when Tom Jane confronts John Travolta at the end and Travolta is like "You killed my son" then you hear the other son screaming in the building from dropping the bomb and it blows up, the Tom Jane says "both of them"

And of course when John Travolta is on fire being dragged through the exploding cars

Best part about punisher was hin stalking to find out the bad guy's bFF was gay and how that was vital part to taking down a mob boss

Finish watching Xmen dofp for the 2nd time. Here's a quick list of why it's was good

1. Didn't throw in worthless character after worthless character. Yes it had the future mutants but they weren't there for the sake of anything more than eye candy

2. Fairly simple story line with no over the top plot twists

3. The main characters were actually really good

4. No cringe worthy one liners ex:"mutant and proud" :x

5. The emotional scenes were actually emotional.

6. No try hard funny moments

7. Great call back to foreshadowing

Over all it left me wanting more.

Xavier saying that "**** off" line wolverine said in first class was kind of cringey too. They ruined that scene by acknowledging it in DoFP

Naw guys. Those lines get a pass. That "I do know crazy" was funny, like actual funny. Young Charles was a good actor to he gets a pass too. I also like how Charles remembered running into wolverine.

"Mutant and proud" made me want to get up and leave :x

This. Although I thought Cap 2 was better, this was my fav movie of the summer.

I'd actually put dofp above cap2. I was not a fan of the cap 2 plot twist of the doctor being a computer. Also kinda dragged during certain points. Still a solid movie

Young magneto has become the best villain in marvel movies BY FAR. I loved how they showed how OP he really is compared to everyone else. They've also did a better job of building his and Charles love hate bromo relationship.

I loved the Tom Jane Punisher movie **** you guys
Warzone was dope too.

I too enjoyed DoFP more than Cap 2 but both are good.

Ummmmmm the plot problem with DOFP was magneto.. Future magneto (with charles going along with it) insists upon how much his past self is needed to stop everything..

Quicksilver was the thrown in mutant.. That's why he was so over powered.. The literally only put him in the movie because whedon/marvel intended to use him in the avengers

The villian was supposed to be trask and the sentinels.. Government folks attacking and taking on mutants

Seriously, think about how smoothly things would have went if they had just left magneto in his cell.. Or how easy things would have been had they recruited quicksilver for magneto's spot on the "team"

At some point you have to suspend your disbelief

Why didn't charles just kill everyone needed or at least control them?

Why didn't they amend wolverine back further in time and stop everything completely?
Why didn't magneto just throw the president and all those guys into the water or crushed them quickly?

I mean cmon man

And track being the main villain would of sucked. Magneto being magneto was awesome. Reminded everyone who he was and what he was about

Quick silver being thrown in, I guess. Every scene he was part of was so great I don't even care

One of my main problems with DofP was already mentioned. Magneto is literally in this to **** things up. Things go smoothly without him. Future Mag said they'd need him, they didn't and Charles just let that rock. I posted the rest of my problems with it in that DofP thread

The real glaring part was Quicksilver being left behind. Plot hole for one thing but then it just really goes to show they only added him in to spite Marvel. I mean really now, he's good enough to break Magneto out of a prison under the Pentagon or wherever.

All in all it wasn't that bad but to me there's no way they touch what Cap2 did.

That wasn't a plot twist. That's actually who and what that guy is in the comics.

If anything it was a nice nod to the comics cuz they had no plans of actually reintroducing him as the super villain that lives in a tv/computer screen in a robotic body.

Yeah.....

The plot twist in Cap 2 is that
S.H.I.E.L.D is Hydra
Which is a huge plot twist. It makes you re evaluate the whole MCU
