The Official Netflix Thread Tho: Recommend Streaming Movies

Anyone watch the Supernatural series?
So far I like it but its like 7 seasons long.

It's definitely worth it man. S1-5 are top notch and although the overall story arc for 6-7 falls off a bit the individual episodes are still good.

Thanks I was hesitant because of how many episodes I am behind just for it to be a waste.
Appreciate it.

ehhh out of my full 500 queue only 10 were missing so not big of a loss for me.

will just add the 4 tarantino movies and a few adult swim cartoons to fill it back up.

the first season is just okay. it's just random new demons and ghosts every week.

then the 2nd season starts a story that goes all the way to the 5th finale, that's pretty damn amazing. I mean...there's moments that are right up there with some of the best parts of Lost, X-Files and that first season of Heroes.

One of the best horror shows in the longest. After season 5, the creator leaves, cuz he finished his story and it's up to you if you wanna see how they beat the show to death.

Sorry, maybe anything you've seen recently that you liked. I've watched a good amount of stuff I can't even remember so it would be a little hard to list what I have seen.

TV Shows in order

Arrested Development because it's returning soon with new episodes
The US Office seasons 1-3, after that continue at your own risk
Parks and Rec, power through the first season which is weak
30 Rock
Archer, Louie, It's Always Sunny.
Then things like South Park and King of the Hill are classics, so watch those if you haven't

Dramas in order
Breaking Bad, because it's returning soon
Mad Men
Friday Night Lights
Sherlock
and the rest..

Nothing other than a decline in quality. The show gets progressively broader and more cartoonish, hitting rock bottom once Steve Carrell leaves.

Season 4 still has some great episodes and I'd include that in the recommendation. And it's you'll laugh at a lot of jokes and a good number of episodes in seasons 5 and beyond, but it's just not the same show.

I'm watching Undeclared now... .next is Freaks and Geeks and the Inbetweeners movie. Hemlock grove is zzzzzzzz to me. I watch an ep and don't get that "i just gotta watch another episode" feeling.

Current shows I've been watching: Bob's Burgers (surprisingly funny) and Gold Rush (Discovery channel show about searching for gold in Alaska)

finally got a chance to watch the cabin in the woods. i couldn't believe the 92% it got from rottentomatoes. i enjoyed the ending a lot.

next i wanna watch house at the end of the street with jennifer lawrence

edit:
i watched noobz recently too. two thumbs down lol.

House at the End of the Street is pretty bad/average. Lawrence looks good in it and that's about it.
