I watched Mulan last year for the first time. Enjoyed it a lot. I don't understand how women praise that lame frozen movie so much for the strong female character but don't ever mention Mulan. They don't wanna give my Asian people any love.
 
I personally like all the live-action Disney remakes they've come out with.. Maleficient, Cinderella, Pan, whatever. Even if they're not good, I'm still okay with them for whatever reason.

I can't wait to see The Jungle Book, though. That looks awesome.

I would have to go with Bear Necessities or the King Louie song from Jungle Book.
 
Pan wasnt a Disney film was it?

I like Cinderella and Maleficent as well.
Definitely can't wait to see Tarzan and Lion King.

I think cuz for most of the movie she had to pretend to be a guy iirc.

^Also in Mulan she may have been great and saved the day but is played back in the gender role when her grandma says she should've brought home a man. grandma saying it adds on the generations and traditions of gender roles in society, especially in Asia

Me too man.

He killed that role. Killed it. His facial expressions always expressed what the film was saying outright or implying with either music or the course.

The scene where he goes to the opera with Meredith and she thinks he's Dickie, and runs into Marge and Pete who both know he's Tom, that was greatness, his acting was.

watched The Gift...had me on edge for almost all of the film, but then it just goes out the window 
 
Really felt bad for Jesse in S2. First he gets evicted from his aunt's house and falls into a porter potty. Then Combo dies, then he gets his girlfriend back on drugs and she od's. He's an idiot, but at the core, he's a good kid, troubled and lost due to his stupidity/addiction. It was really sad seeing him in that sleazy crack den in the s2 finale.
