Evan Turner is gonna end up one of the biggest draft busts of all time...

yea and since hes playing along side iggy, its hard for him to dominate.

he's not in a good situation with Iggy. They both play the same position basically. he doesnt look great playing along with him but he has looked good (showed some promise) when he played the 2 imo

I don't understand the point of this post.  Sixers are playing their best ball in YEARS, and you're going to come in and bash a rookie?  The fact is, the Sixers don't need Turner right now.  Exactly what you said... they're a team of role players, and everyone is playing their role perfectly right now.  Iguodala will be gone in a few years, and by that time, hopefully Turner will develop into a good NBA talent.

I was not a huge fan of them drafting Turner, but it's not like Favors or Johnson are tearing it up.  I would have rather drafted Cousins based on talent, but we've already seen him have character issues multiple times with the Kings.  I have complete faith in what Collins is doing with this team right now.

it has nothing to do with how the Sixers are playing, he can't even find minutes off the bench...that says a lot to me, who cares if the Sixers are playing their best ball in years, it's not like he was a 1 year player and came into the NBA.  Evan should be able to contribute off the bench at minimum as a rookie.

Don't you know the typical Philly fan?  They turn on their players/teams quicker than anyone else in the country.  But once they have a good game.... watch out.  They're the biggest, lifelong supporters of them that you've ever seen.  Thank God I'm only a Sixers fan.

If he's not ready to properly contribute, then don't force him in.  If you play him simply because he's the #2 pick, then you're hurting him and the team.  Let him develop in practices and scrimmages this year.  I have no problem admitting he's having an underwhelming rookie year, but he's not needed right now.  If he's still in this same position two years from now, I have no problem saying he's a bust.
