They're only replicas. I don't have the money to be splurging on authentic wrestling belts :lol:

I actually dug deep into my old photobucket account and I found a picture of my first two detolfs from back in 2008. I was feeling my collection so much back then and I remember thinking I'd probably stop buying Hot Toys soon....And then they announced the og Iron Man line and we know how that went :lol:

But I think your 8 Hot Toys figures will fill up a detolf just fine.

I really like the look of 2 figures on a shelf. I think any more than that makes it look a bit crowded. Even 1 on a shelf looks really good.

So 8 in a cabinet would be pretty much perfect, imo.

Yeah, one or two figures per shelf really make the display look clean AF.

No it doesn't but yeah there are plenty of tutorials online of people adding lights depending on what route you want to go. I haven't done it myself, yet, but I plan to.

These replicas each weigh a couple of pounds. Obviously not as heavy as the authentic ones as they're not metal, but they've got a nice feel to them.

It's the one piece from my childhood that I've yet to cop.

And egaroc1 egaroc1 , that Trypticon is a dope look, especially with that Megs on top. I'll have to look into those deformed things.
 
THanks fellas, The Turtle blimp I have is the Nick version that was on sale for 13 bucks. Trying to find th OG version and the technodrome for good price.

You guys got some nice display shelves for your toys. Unfortunately in my room there's not enough space to set one up. I know it's a hassle to clean though for you guys that deal with a lot of dust :x

I'll be on the look out, I want a Millenium Falcon and X-Wing.

What bothers me is that Lego doesn't have a specific scale for some of the sets. I need to know how big the final model will be once it's constructed. I usually guesstimate based on the price and the number of pieces.
 
Does anyone know the differences between the Hot Toys AOU Captain America and Civil War Captain America?

Oh wow. I didn't even realize. I wanted to get an updated Cap as I just have the First Avenger version. The AOU looks really good and I might have to find that one :nerd:

Oh damn, man. GoHastings.com put a few up for sale a couple weeks ago, $225 too, and I picked one up to help hookup somebody. I wish I knew you needed one too.
