The reason for the ghost swoosh is to make that area less perforated so that the swoosh sticks on correctly, and doesn't get holes poked thru it.

oh and i was thinking because the mesh design is already out so why change it for a new placement of the swoosh =P laziness no good?

i'm a sz 10 but got the purple fades in a 9.5 and thought they wouldnt fit but I can wear them comfortably as long as I wear thinner socks. anyone else able to fit 1/2 sz down?

yeah i'll wear higher socks, i have the purple ones so i'm sorta still on the fence. like the tongue is all plastic though right? reminds of those Jeremy Lin Son of Dragon shoes

tip: undo the laces from the top most loop on the tongue

Overrated-
1. Bhm - like the design and colors but too much hype
2. Sulfers - I love my pair but some people put this cw on a pedestal
3. Purp fades- same as sulfers

Underrated-
1. Easters - can never going wrong with purp and yellow even if it includes the mint probably my second fav cw
2. Yots/ valentines day- I don't think this shoe gets as much love as it should
3. MC- may think I'm crazy but believe it or not I believe the concept and story behind this cw will make it very wanted down the line. Don't be surprise if you see pairs going for 400-500 after awhile like the grinches

Lol yeah I know, honestly just excited to get them. I like the black color way a lot, also bought some away elites. Anyways , that was mostly for the people complaining about the tongue on the regular 8s, kind of curious to see how much(or little) of a difference these "upgrades" make.

iono for me, my tongue goes sideways? lol maybe thats just how i lace them. I lace through every hole.
