Official Reebok Kamikaze II Thread AKA "Reignmans"

Was just on the Canadian Reebok site and for some reason they have a picture of the OKC white/orange/yellow/blue up on their main pages that links to the Sonic 95/96 Home Team when you click on it.  Unlikely they are available but thought it might mean these will eventually release. Was on hold for 1/2 an hour waiting for their customer service to ask about it until I was abruptly dumped to voice mail to leave a message.

Looks like they cleaned it up last night. The OKC image is no longer there. Hopefully it does release at some point.

LOL why everybody acting like they HAVEN'T seen these before. Pics of these were floating around MONTHS ago! I guess NK and Sole Collector people have short term memory. C'mon

This is my first time seeing them, and i usually keep and eye out for new colorways..  when and where did pics of these pop up at months ago ?

Yeah there were pics of these along with the GITD and snakes early this year. I don't know if it was SC or kicks on fire that had them. I did remember seeing these before. There was one site that showed these a few months ago, though I seen pics a little before then. http://www.midwestsole.com/2013/07/23/reebok-kamikaze-ii-speckle-sample/ IMHO the c'way is not bad. For a $100 its a good shoe. The cement theme may be biting JB/Nike but they don't own a color scheme. ALL it is a speckled paint anyways. What I would like to see....if Reebok is "copying" JB/Nike, is a tumbled leather/bin Kamikaze 2 in the OG sonic c'way.

Can anyone who has seen the team colorways in person advise if the upper is suede or leather?  I can't tell from the online pictures that are available. Sometimes it looks like suede and sometimes it looks like leather. Thanks in advance.

was going to say leather because of some of the pics i saw by a guy selling them on the bay.. but i looked them up and in some they look like nubuck, so i'm not sure

That's why I was wondering if any NTers have managed to pick up a pair and could give a definitive answer. I can't find a pair to check out in person and I agree they appear to be made of either material depending on the picture. I was thinking of picking up a pair of the royal blue ones because I love the colorway but if they are just the Letter of Intents without the checkerboard finish then I'm going to pass. Footlocker has "multiple colorways" listed on their release calendar for the end of November. Not sure if it's the team colorways or something else but at this point I'm going to wait and see before pulling the trigger on a pair. I wish Reebok had not made getting info on these so difficult.

i've seen all the team color ways in person. its 100% definitely a suede/nubuck material. the blue ones look exactly like the letter of intent minus the checkerboard. hope this helps
