The game lineup is a little different and the layout look is too but that's it.

BioWare has stated that it currently does not expect to port the new entry in the Mass Effect series to Nintendo's latest console, the Switch.

"We’re not planning on it," Mass Effect Andromeda Producer, Michael Gamble explained to Stevivor. However, he did make clear that consumer demand could change that stance:

I probably won't even do a preorder at this point, might just wait until the fall to get one, after the hype and before the holiday. People worried about back to school things more than a gaming system.

I'm just lurking in the shadows waiting on a Wii U price drop after the Switch's release. I'm still currently working on getting through GC and Wii games in the backlog since I took a long hiatus from Nintendo, and I'm too occupied to binge and power through it so it'll be a while before I get through all 3 gens that preceded the Switch.
