just thinking, you see some people such as nas, diddy, etc, all in their late 30's but they age very well. they still look really young for their age. whats the key to this? does it just come down to genes, working out, & eating healthy?

im pretty young, but i dont want to be one of those people that age bad. figured id start taking care of myself now so i can try to age well.

All correct so far i'd say. Money so less stresses plus doing what you love and being successful at it helps. But Moisturizing well is key too. Plus eating right, exercise and staying healthy.

Relax on the alcohol and smoking. Staying stress free helps as well. Cats out here looking like they are 40 in their 20s because a combination of those three.

every since my mom told me that white girls get old and wrinkly early in their lifetime.. I have been noticing this...

im brown doe

They take really good care of themselves since they understand how much their image means. Diet, exercise, skin treatments, etc.

Late 30's isn't that old, but they probably do what LL and Pharrell does. Some people do just look young though, and they don't do anything, like they always looked like 5 yrs younger than they were.

melanin, beans, omega 3s.

Ppl think I'm early 20s all the time an I'm 27. I take care of my skin and body though an take pride in that. Sleep is crucial.

I think it goes genes and diet. You can have rough genes and eat a healthy diet but no one would probably notice your preserved youth.

If you have good genes, it trumps all. I've seen people smoke a pack a day and drink scotch for breakfast and they still look young. And that's how they momma look. If you have good genes and diet, then you advance to Ralph Maccio or Smokey Robinson levels.

I think this woman is an example of "black don't crack" plus healthy diet.
