i mean its expected... just because we on the internet its not like all of a sudden we in some harmonious/utopian world... the same ignorance/racist/bigot/prejudice/ stereotypical minsets and assumptions that happen in the real world happen here... For some reason it seems as ppl think nt is like the one place on planet earth that is th exception to this...

I maybe going off topic but it needs to be said. All to many times we have threads like this and its the same thoughts, the same ppl, and the same view points... You have the closet bigot/racist/prejudice folks who for some reason they arent because their into urban shoes/clothing etc.... or they have other race friends etc.. And they on occasion through out snide semi racist slick talk... And lil subtle written jabs...

Then you have the cant we all just get along fake arzz, utopian peacemaker ala fake ghandi of the internet who is on some i kinda see what both sides are saying bs... the bubble kid who just wanna get along acceptance and what not.

Then in very few dosage you have the level headed see thing for what they are... and they call it how they see it and for most part in a eloquent way tell things how they are...

Then you have the ppl who pretty much dont dance around things call a spade a spade...

What usually happens is the first group spew some ignorant baseless bs... alotta assumptions... and with those assumption through in a few lowkey stereotypical terms etc... and anyone who calls them out on it is playing this magically never seen or exist race card...

Then you have the no balls cant we all just get along ppl who will say well lets just wait and see... everything hasnt be found out yet... They simply are just clueless to things, either that or see things for what they are and just to scarred to speak on things...

Then the other last group says it for what it is... the first group throws out all kinda stupid unrelated incidents, and scenarios usually racial motivated... to futher reinforced stereotypes....

Then method man steps in and comes with like a voice of reason... Usually things simmer down for awhile..

Its kinda pointless... i mean i like and enjoy debating with ppl, and appreciate perspectives from all walks of life... But this isnt what is happening.. You basically got a story... where ppl are using it as a platform to release and bombared all the racist stupid ignorance that they want to say...

And then anyone who dares call them out on it... or is racially unbias will catch subtle lowkey insults... (and unless they target any ethnic group in the asian family, its funny how on here you can use any variation of racial slurs for black and hispanic races... yet you cant even spell or type a word that is even remotely close to any asian ethnicity without it not even showing up on the screen...but im sure thats a coincidence)

I mean like i said im all for debating ppl giving their take and viewpoint on certain situations etc... but all this racial jabs/subtle prejudice comments, and racist perspective needs to stop..

The woman plead guilty, EARLIER THAT DAY, to a crime of shoplifting, from another Walmart, and was sentenced to not go back to a Walmart, and was witnessed later that day stuffing her purse with 2 other women. Then, when the officer chased her to her car, and opened the door telling her to stop, she tried backing out real fast and getting away, with him in front of the door, then tried to speed off. Guess you guys think she was in a hurry, huh? Please. She was guilty. And as far as the kids go, if he opens the door of the car and she immediately tries to back out real fast and get away, do you people really think that he was checking the car to see who was in it? Yeah, its unfortunate, but thats life. If you don't do it, especially after being convicted, this doesn't happen. People on this board really show their age and intelligence sometimes. Oh crap, I said you people, I must be a racist and a bigot too. Get a grip
 
It's bizarre to me that anyone who sees this event as anything other than a racially motivated murder is labelled as a bigot.
 
This isn't NAM there are rules, if a cop/security guard pulls a gun and tells you to stop why wouldn't? If you've done nothing wrong you have no reason to run or nothing to be worried about. This isn't the first time we've heard of someone getting shot over nothing, won't be the last. Remember Rambo's are out there LISTEN!!!

I've been pulled over by racist cops when i was 17 about 12 years ago, had a new green truck on 20's, touch screen radio, tv's first thing they tell me is wheres the weed at lol. Then ask if they can search my car i didnt really know the laws back then but i've heard they can keep you there and wait for a search warrant, but i had nothing to hide and let them look threw all my spit. They found nothing and i was let go, just follow the rules and you'll be alright.

Fixed for you. Surely a Walmart parking lot in a high crime area would have plenty of cameras around right? It sure makes you wonder if there is more to the story....

Are surveillance videos always released when the suspects have already been caught? Also, only because race was brought up, has anyone seen a picture of the cop?

Anybody with any street smarts knows this. Don't do illegal **** and the cops won't have a reason to get at you. Real talk. Don't make excuses and point fingers when the OTHER party is responsible for it all even getting to that point.

First of all, did you even read the article? If you are reckless enough to bring children to a crime you commit, evade police, threaten them with a deadly weapon which the car was. Yes im ******g serious they should open fire. Too much stupid in this world.

id agree with that if there wasnt a huge disparringly history of ppl who did not do things illegal and still have been beaten/harrassed/ and even killed at the hands of cops....

But let me guess that has never happen.... Not saying this was the case in this instance but to say or elude that cops only harrass/beat/shoot ppl only if they are doing illegal activities and threatening their lives is outright stupid... and is inexcusable.

well if thats the case damn near every citizen/person should be arrested... its ppl who break the law all the tme regardless of how extreme and minut the offense is...

So i guess it would be fair if cops went and shot ppl who download/bootleg music... after all it is a crime... underage drinking... not slowing down and preparing to make a complete stop when the light is yellow... how about the 8 ft rule in which you are to mantain while operating a moving vehicle... Tax fraud... etc the list goes on

By your words any and all infraction of law if resulted in death is ok by you. Im pretty sure ud be dead an unable to even respond in the message board.

But just because you conform to a situation... and accept a situation doesnt make it right nor fair... Im pretty sure when the laws where that minorities had to sit in the back of the bus... sure they did and cooperated and obliged, still doesnt make it fair nor does it mean it was right. Was it a wise decision what you did given circumstances... of course but still dosnt make what the did right, nor justify what they did.

Your right, dude was being a hero :lol: he was doing his job as employed by Walmart and his moral obligation as a police office to uphold the law.

Maybe had she not been stealing after being caught for stealing and going back to steal once again she wouldn't have put herself in that situation.

Maybe had she STOPPED when they told her too and not tried to boogie once stopped she would be alive.

I'm sure she was in the car yelling for her friend to please stop the car :lol:
 
Not to ignore the big picture here but...

i don't like it when movement of a suspect's vehicle is deemed without evidence by the police as "an attempt to run the officer over" which carries with it a whole other slew of serious charges.

The movement of the vehicle correlates to the suspects trying to flea; shoplifters aren't out there necessarily playing Frogger in the parking lot.

it's those little things they slip in there that dumb jury members eat up but can put someone away for years
