Pretty good actually. Stir-fried with some garlic and chili.  I'm not kidding, it's quite common in Asia... certainly in HK.

The texture is kinda like lobster, but not as tough, which IMO makes it better. The downside is that each "shrimp" doesn't have a lot of meat in it... and they're tricky to open.

And while they may seem exotic, it's not Temple of Doom crazy, cuz it's just another type of shellfish here.

The Oatmeal is hilarious, BTW.

Seeing what colors?! From them vids, the only thing that shrimp can see is blood
