I've recently become interested in floatation tanks. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever floated and what your experience was like. Do you feel like you benefited from the experience? Or are they just a farce?

Went to one in Venice Beach a couple weeks ago. I enjoyed it. Cool experience. It takes some time to get used to in the the beginning, but after you settle down and start relaxing it was a nice way to clear my head.
