I don't know if you could see it in the pic but its like sand that's stuck onto my paint. I washed my car but its still there. Does anyone know what this is? And know how to remove it?

Try using a clay bar, then wash it again, and apply some polish and wax afterwards.

I came in this thread expecting to tell you its just pollen and go wash your car again.... but that looks almost like dried cement or paint splatter :x :x :x ..... were you parked near a construction site recently ?

Just get it detailed no biggie. I'm gettin mine done on Wednesday during summer I get the car detailed once a week.

Fixed.


Anyways, go get a claybar (Meguiars Mild Blue one) and have at it. Also buy some Last Touch Quick detailer to use as a lube (no romo) when you clay (gallon form), m205 (do this after claybaring), and m26 (after the m205).


Or if you dont want to do this yourself, take it to a detailer who will.


Its no big deal bro. Your paint isnt ruined.


BTW it kind of looks like rail dust to me (hard to tell). Did you park next or in a train station next to the rails?
