^ yeah, that Finals MVP was a complete travesty. Parker had a rookie on him and scored exactly what he should have. Timmy anchored the defense that destroyedthe Cavs and put up his usual numbers, but I guess voters were tired of Duncan winning MVP
I'm not saying he's not a baller - because the kid can hoop - but when you're the point guard and only second best passer (Manu is better) on yourteam, you're not in signature shoe territory.

no one said parker was better than duncan.
parker was the driving force behind the offense and had the entire cavs team on their heels for the whole series.
i suppose this argument isn't for this thread tho.
how about nike actually releases these shoes.
ive gone from frothing at the mouth for those volts to just not giving a ratsass because of lack of availability.

It's not TP's sig. shoe, it's just a regular release and a special make up model for him. Sig. shoe implies that it's something like the ZoomTony Parker, and it's definitely not. If I'm questioning anything, it's not his bball skill, it's his rap career. I'm not really feelinghim as a rapper.
I'm trying to get his colorway and D-Will's. Neither colorway is anything spectacular to me, but I want them to play in, ironically because I don'twant to ball in my Volts (to keep them clean).

I copped the all blacks finally....LOVE these....they fit well, and have comfort...couldn't get down with the leather on the volts.
Glad I copped.
Can't wait to hoop in these till the wheels fall off....Hoping to reup on some other colors and if the outlets get them too.

I don't know what you guys mean by lack of availability for volts, they're at finishline.com and I went to finishline and saw a full row of volts onthe shelf.
I tried on the all black pair(didn't like the patent leather on the white/black/royal pair), great fit and comfort but they didn't look right on me.I'm gonna wait for the white/navy/carolina pair and hope those look better.

Been playing in my VOLTS and the blue tounge is rubbing off to my strings and ankle area of the shoe. Anyone else have this happen?

Luckily, I had some royal blue laces handy so I just switched them out. Now they look like this:

This thread has fallen off. It seems as though the hype for these is only within the NT realm. I've already seen the Volts and black pair go on sale,albeit only $99. I'll wait until it's around $80 and cop another pair of Volts and my first of the black colorway. What about the one dude posted aboveme? RD info.? Scrapped?
