R.I.P Trayvon

Well at least she appears more "composed" today.

She definitely is but still giving off that death glare vibe  ...but why would you write in a letter to someone's mom: a "creepy *** cr****r" was following Trayvon? She said he was creepy and West agreed, he is trying reeeeeallly hard to push this, and its not that important

Yeah, West is just talking in circles and trying to get her frustrated..  I'm just glad that she is doing better today and not falling for some of the traps by Don West.

Edit--

This judge really does not like Don West at all  .  Dude gets no leeway whatsoever.

That knock knock joke might have something to do with it

^^ Y'all are right Don West is getting hammered  judge isn't having his questioning style at all, they should let O'Mara tag into the ring here and rescue their case cuz he's not convincing me he's honestly confusing me as I'm sure he is the jury

If this is ever made into a movie, I see Bryan Cranston playing this prosecutor . Glad I came in here and got that link, at least I can listen to it at work but it sucks since I'm doing other stuff and can't really catch everything. I guess I'll hit the recaps for what I miss. Yeah, baby Dee isn't too bright on the stand tho.

I feel like a competent attorney would be able to break her down, the prosecutor was even smirking and laughing a little at this exchange, cuz its not convincing by the defense, its literally a question wrapped in a question in a circumstance...this is mad confusing

I really don't get where he is going with the questioning. A lot of it seems unnecessary.
The defense attorney Don West isn't going anywhere with his questioning, but that's the point.  He's trying to have her talk in circles to make her seem not coherent, but today he's not getting the reactions out of here that he wants to.  Overall, Don West isn't smart enough to make her look dumb, if that makes sense.

In a convoluted way, this is what the prosecution wants....he's going on and on about god knows what and not getting proper responses because he's confusing everyone, once they get to rebuttal with more q's for her they can clear up the main facts that actually matter, plus she's on their side so she'll be more cooperative

It seems like he gets to an interesting point and then switches up to something totally irrelevant.

Bro I'm not even sure anyone would be able to crack this chick. She's too dense. It would be like trying to crack Chris from Family Guy.

 true, but Don West is making a terrible attempt....I'd hate to question her too, this has to be the worst type of witness to cross examine bc they will give you NOTHING plus shes young...donny has the witness, and judge up against him now and its his fault on the latter because of how he's been acting the whole trial

The whole world talk to her yesterday social media is unavoidable I can't see how anybody can question that as to why she's so poised today

Dee Dee is a grieving widow and everybody mad at her cuz she chose to not share her pain with the public

But when she did share her pain yall tore her down for it

But yet you question why she didn't want to do it in the 1st place

Boy what a sad world we live in

They were married? :wow:

this dude asked the same question in different ways for literally 15 minutes. What in thee hell is going on?! I get what the defense is trying to do, but there's a thing called overkill. In going overboard, they risk making jurors sympathetic to Jeantel where they may have been leery of her before.

That Henry Winkler comparison is on point though.
