Air Jordan 3 Retro 5Lab3 2014 Release info $225 "Kix and the City"

What I still don't understand is, why does the front part look black on certain pictures and clear on the other's?

Love the shoe but just isn't right for me, I'll be passing on these, I wish there was more elephant print

I think the creasing can make then look cool with a kind of vintage look.
AJ1 creasing...beautiful. Gives them that stressed/vintage look. 1s look good a little beat/creased.

These might be a different story. Said it earlier in the thread, but if these are like the 3M Raging Bull Vs...it's not simple creasing. It's DEEP, hard presses creasing that don't come out, and hard/can't fix them with the old towel/iron method used on other materials.

I'm hoping JB solved the problem, because my DB9s have been worn x 10-15 times with no major issues. The DMP Vs are another story. Material was absolute crap.

I love the look of the shoe, and will try to grab a pair, but holding final verdict if I'll wear them for a few months after seeing some on feet pics. I'd like to wait to purchase until AFTER seeing how they hold up, but in today's market, these won't sit for longer than 3 minutes.

Love the concept, love the color blocking, but the material JB chooses to use scares the crap outta me.

They can keep that for $225....that ***** better come with a dog tag, booklet, gold box, DVD of Michael Jordan's greatest moments in the AJ3, AND some Funyuns!!
I'm weak right now!

I like these, but like most I don't like the price. Probably will be a last minute decision depending on what else releases during the same month.

I feel you on that. I was pretty comfortable with the way the green bean 5s creased. I think 5s were pretty decent quality that year though with all the lifestyle releases.
I'm more so worried about the yellowing

I think that's what happened with a lot of people when the Infrared 3LAB5's dropped. They weren't sure if they should pull the trigger and go for them until right before or during the release and it left a lot of people mad. It would be nice if these were a GR, but regardless I made up my mind that I'm getting these shoe's and I hope that the people who do wait last minute and the $225 price tag makes it easier to cop.

Just to clear up any confusion, the only restock on Foot Action was the Bred 11's, the Concord 11 low's I believe, and the Celtic OG 1's. None are in a full size run, and no one can get into the site, navigate the site, nor checkout from the site if you actually manage to get that far.

i think these shoes should have the elephant print be a different color because it doesn't really stand out with or without flash. Hoping they make an even better color way for the 5lab3s
